Company Philosophy

CBS Funds Management Limited was established to become a significant player in the Funds Management business specialising in the issue and management of Managed Investment Schemes for investors.

The company's philosophy is to offer investors an opportunity to invest in Managed Investment Schemes that invest in listed securities on the Australian Stock Exchange and the three major US stock markets. Other Managed Investment Schemes will be issued as the business develops.

Our initial funds will use the SPA3 Mechanical Trading System of ShareFinder Investment Services. The investment strategies to be employed for our funds must have a proven record of outperformance and be a risk averse strategy. Our initial funds will not borrow to invest.

The company will also facilitate the development of new funds for Investment Managers wanting to manage the investment processes for their own funds but who do not wish to either be licensed or to set up management systems in relations to the administration of their funds.
