FUND OBJECTIVES
What is the performance objective of the Intelledgence Australian Active Equity Fund and the Intelledgence USA Active Equity Fund?
The primary objective of both Funds
will be to outperform their market being the ASX200 and S&P500 respectively.
• Intelledgence Australian Active Equity Fund

to acheive a return of between five and ten compounded percentage points
over the ASX200 over a five year period
• Intelledgence USA Active Equity Fund

to acheive a return of between three and seven compounded percentage points
over the S&P500 over a five year period
By using the SPA3 Mechanical Edge system,
the company will aim to achieve these objectives by taking 'human biases'
out of the investment management process and demonstrate that a Mechanical
Edge strategy is superior in terms of performance compared to other
share investment strategies.
