    How to Invest


    1. Read the Information Memorandum and the Supplementary Memorandum. Both documents can be downloaded from our website.

    2. Refer to page 31 of the Information Memorandum and determine whether or not you qualify to be able to provide a Certificate by a Qualified Accountant. If in doubt please speak to your accountant. This document is available on the last page of either the Information Memorandum or the Supplementary Memorandum.

    3. If you are able to supply the accountant's certificate then you can then proceed to complete the Application Form that forms part of the Supplementary Memorandum. Applications cannot be accepted on the Application form that forms part of the Information Memorandum because this has been varied by the Supplementary Memorandum.

    4. If you cannot supply the accountant's certificate then you can apply to be considered as a Sophisticated Investor. An application form is available on our website. Please complete the form and send it to the company for consideration. The information provided will be assessed and if you will be notified whether or not you can be accepted.

    5. If you receive notice from the company that you have been accepted as a Sophisticated Investor then you need to complete the application form in the Supplementary Memorandum.

    6. Investors of $500,000 and over are not required to provide an accountant's certificate or to apply as a Sophisticated Investor.
