CBS Funds Management is a public company licensed by ASIC to issue managed investment schemes that invest in securities, derivatives and cash deposits.

The company offers boutique investment opportunities to wholesale investors. It currently has two funds available for investors:

     • Intelledgence Australian Active Equity Fund

     • Intelledgence USA Active Equity Fund


The company has obtained an exclusive licence from Share Wealth Systems to use their Mechanical Trading Systems to manage the investments in their funds.
The licence includes the use of Share Wealth Systems’ SPA3 (Sustained Profit Advantage) methodology.
The above two funds will be managed using the SPA3 Mechanical Trading System.
This methodology has outperformed the All ORDS by 21.28% compounded percentage points over an eight and a half year period.
While past performance is no guarantee of future performance we expect that the SPA3 Mechanical Trading System will continue to outperform its relevant market.
